As EV chargers are constantly used, it is expected that some electrical components may require replacement within the EV charging stations lifetime. We hold critical spares in of our main warehouses so that we are able to respond to any componentry failures in a timely fashion.

Most of the time our battery solutions are replacing old, outdated systems. This means there are often many old batteries that take up space and are hard to move around and recycle. At YHI Energy we have the ability to take care of this for you, we can decommission and recycle your old battery system prior to installing, testing and commissioning your new battery system. We have been installing stationary batteries for over 20 years and have the experience and capabilities to perform this work efficiently and within budget.

Not only do we commission our stationary batteries and chargers but we can also perform routine maintenance, such as quarterly or annual Preventive Maintenance visits.

YHI Energy will test your battery system and provide detailed reports that will comply with all requirements, such as recording internal resistance, battery terminal connection resistance, specific gravity (if applicable) and more.

Load tests are the most accurate way to determine the state of health of your battery.

Load tests are also very time consuming – they typically require that the system be shut down and taken offline and also require special equipment.

YHI Energy can perform IEEE load tests based on your requirements. As an option we can provide temporary power so that your system does not have to be shut down.

After the load test is completed, we provide complete reports as well as any recommendations to ensure the continuous functionality of your battery system.  

Upon request we are able to facilitate site acceptance testing.
